  1. Four breeders per genotype (WT/WT, Het/Het, Brinp1 −/−/Brinp1 −/− and WT ♂/Brinp1 −/− ♀) were monitored over four months to investigate reproductive rates and postnatal survival. Whilst there were no significant differences in the numbers of pups born at postnatal day 0 (P0): X 2 (3, n = 410) = 2.449, p = 0.4846, chi-square test, the survival of mice to age of weaning (P21) was significantly impacted by the Brinp1-deleted allele
