Each ASD subject in each of the significant pathways was scored as either TD-like, if its PCA position on the PCA plot for the genes with DAS/DEU in the particular pathway was within 2 SD of the TD centroid (within the TD ellipsoid); or as non-TD-like, if its PCA position on the first three PCA components space was outside 2 SD of the TD centroid (outside of the TD ellipsoid).
